In the summer of 2019, Indian entrepreneur Sushil Singh came up with a plan where he used his connections with SaiVa SysTem to introduce a platform where mega-companies like Google, HCL, Wipro, Microsoft and others became ready to hire these talents without a four-year degree. It allowed fresh IT brains to invest their mind and effort in SiaVa AcadEmy and start a journey. With SaiVa AcadEmy’s tutors are some of the leading names in the IT sector, it allowed the candidates to learn professional and personal skills and then move forward for making a career in the IT sector.

“Earlier, I was not even getting even a basic package. But SaiVa AcadEmy has changed my career. I am the first one from my family to get a job in a company like Google, which I am very proud of,” said Riya Mehta.

Just like Riya, Manav Sharma also did face similar problems. However, he did a whole different job altogether and managed to become the leading package-holder. Manav got placed at Accenture for a package worth Rs 33 lakhs a year.
